River swallow

Tachycineta bicolor (Vieillot, 1807)

Field signs. On top of black, white bottom of funnel different shade of green top and the lack of white on nadhvoste (Böhme et al, 1998). The tail with a small tenderloin. Wing 109-125 mm (Ivanov, Shtegman, 1978).

Distribution. North America from central Alaska east to Newfoundland. In the limits of RF zalety registered on Wrangel Island, and presumably in the Chukchi Peninsula (Stepanyan, 1990, 2003).
