Elanus caeruleus (Desfontaines, 1789)

Field signs. The top of the head light gray, back and shoulder feathers aspidno-gray; mahovye feathers aspidno-gray, medium and small upper body feathers, black wings; ventral side white. The length of the wing 258-283 mm (Ivanov, Shtegman, 1978).

Distribution. Zaletny appearance in 1929 was produced in southern Uzbekistan near Termez (Ivanov, Shtegman, 1978). Distributed in Africa and South Asia (Ivanov, Shtegman, 1978; Stepanian, 1990, 2003).
